Eggs in clouds

Hey there! Today I have cooked one delicious fast and tasty meal. The recipe is very easy and healthy. Why? Because it’s the eggs and the eggs are full of important nutrients. There is many of protain, vitamin A and B, lecithin and minerals like calcium, phosphorus, iron and many other substances.


What we need:

an egg

a pinch of salt

a pinch of pepper



In first, we preheat the oven to 200°c. Than we separate the yolk and the egg white. Into the egg white we give salt and pepper and then whisk into tough froth. This froth we give on the roasting pan and into the middle we make a dimple. Into this dimple we give the yolk. Then we put the egg into the oven and roast ca. 10 minutes. In the end we decorate done egg with the parsley.


We serve with a salad from Chinese cabbage, lime and salt and a slice of bread.
